  • Geolocation Data: approximate location derived from IP. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly share it.
  • Audio/Visual: customer support calls or voicemails (if you call us), CCTV at properties (common areas only, where posted).
  • Inferences: derived preferences to personalize content and offers.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: only if you voluntarily provide it (e.g., accessibility needs, dietary restrictions). We do not use Sensitive PI to infer characteristics or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3) Sources of Information

  • You: forms you complete, bookings, communications, surveys, reviews.
  • Automatically: cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies when you interact with the Services.
  • Third Parties: payment processors, analytics and advertising partners, social networks (if you connect), travel platforms/OTAs, channel managers, property management systems, and service providers.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may engage in activities that are considered a “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state laws when we allow third-party advertising and analytics cookies/pixels on our site. You can opt out as described below.

Financial Incentives: We do not offer programs that provide discounts or different prices in exchange for personal information. If we do in the future, we will provide a program-specific notice and opt-in consent.

10) EEA/UK/Swiss Residents (GDPR)
